Ed Sheeran

Going to my first concert in a long time last year reignited my love for live music. It’s especially exciting when the artist lives up to your expectations, or even better, surpasses them.

Seeing Katy Perry before Christmas last year was amazing. Her show was so well put together and I tell you what, that girl can sing! I wore a blue wig and wedges to that concert and must’ve sweat some weight off from dancing so hard.

Ed Sheeran is a totally different kettle of fish. No extras, no band. Just him, a looping machine and his beautiful voice. My friends and I went to see him last night (he came to Christchurch, yay!) and he was… FREAKING AMAZING! He's such a genuine and down to earth person (He actually came out on stage and said "Hi, Im Ed", like we didn't already know!), and seriously talented. I can't say enough good things about it, and I definitely had a raspy voice from screaming and singing along. If you ever get the chance he's definitely worth a look, I'd 100% go again! (And I'd definitely get seats over GA again too!)
